Club results for December 29, 2018

Maurice Woodhouse made it two wins in a week with a two-point win in the latest club competition on Saturday (Dec 29), an Irish stableford played off the white tees.

Fresh from partnering Lewis Wilson to victory in a pairs alternate shot format last Saturday, Maurice continued his good form with a well compiled 87 points in ideal conditions.

John McGougan claimed second with 85 points, while Paul McCrae (82 points) and Andrew Binnie (81 points) - back on holiday from Hong Kong - took the minor places. Terry Hemi (79 points), Steve Russell (76 points), Keri Kotua (75 points), Gordon Davidson (75 points), Tom Weiss (73 points) and Bryan Ramsey (71 points rounded out the top ten.

Steve had more reason to celebrate when he scored two twos which earned himself a $236 jackpot. Tom, Bryan, Gordon, Keri  and Lewis also grabbed twos.

As part of prize-giving Paul Tunnicliff received a voucher for winning the Barkman Trophy this year.
