Playing seasons and rights at NBS Waahi Taakaro Golf Club
The official (winter) club season is from April 1 to October 31 each year. During this period the club has exclusive rights to the course from 10.00am to 2.00pm each Saturday, frost permitting. Green fee players may be allowed onto the course earlier if it isn't busy. Please check and book through the golf shop - ring 03 5487301 or email golfshop@waahitaakarogolfclub.co.nz. From November 1 to March 31 (summer season) the Saturday club competition will be run as normal from 9.00am. Green fee players will be slotted into the field as they book. All players must report to the golf shop 20 minutes prior to the first tee time.
The Women’s and Golden Oldies sections have their own playing days and are Monday and Wednesday (Ladies) and Thursday (Oldies). There is a 9-hole competition open to all members on Tuesday afternoon.
