Golden Oldies results for 15/6/23

Andrew Dean is a quiet achiever and he enjoyed another no-fuss successful day in comfortably winning the sixth round of the Worley Trophy.

Playing off a 15-handicap on the front nine, he totalled an unbeatable 20 stableford points to head the field.

Neil Howard and Brendan Doyle tied for second with 17 points each, with Brendan collecting a bonus by winning the hidden hole, No 4, with a birdie.

The trio of Richard Pearson, Noel Shaw and Lloyd Moyle shared third on 16 points apiece.

Chis Louth was next on 15 points. He was followed by Paul McCrae and Michael Doyle on 14 points each.

There were no twos recorded, despite the sunny conditions and a drying course.  

Next Thursday (June 22) the Golden Oldies play a par round off the front nine.
