Warren Carey plays his best golf when he doesn't over-think it and just gives it a rip.
It paid off in spades on Thursday (March 21) when Wazza won the third round of the Worley Trophy, which was an Irish stableford off the back nine.
His total of 44 was just good enough to head off Grant Fergusson and Bryan Ramsey who tied for second.
Phil Sellers and Ali Mawby shared fourth on 41.
They were followed by Barry Mitchell (39) and the trio of Michael Doyle, Ian Hanford and Paul McCrae on 36 each.
Ray Hopgood and Paul Tunnicliff were next on 35, with John Dixon (34) completing the top 12.
Ian Hanford had a decent collect by snaring the only two of the day.
