Brian Clinton rolled back the years to win the seventh round of the Worley Cup on Thursday on a chilly winter's day.

Despite his advancing years, Brian still plays to a very respectable 28 handicap and it showed when he headed a small field to win on countback from Phil Sellers after both men came in with 18 stableford points for the back nine.

Ian Hanford and Chris Louth shared second on 17 points, while the trio of Noel Shaw, Mick Leggett and Richard Pearson were next with 16 points.

There were no twos.

Next Thursday (July 28) the Golden Oldies play an Irish stableford off the back nine.
