Golden Oldies results for 29/2/24

Form is temporary but Ivan Guy and Michael Doyle are riding the wave.

After winning the match of the day last week, Ivan repeated the dose on Thursday (Feb 29) with a +3 score in the par competition over the front nine.

He was joined on the same score by Michael, who also played solidly last week.

Sharing third were Roma Elkington and Tom Kennedy on +2, while the trio of Warren Green, Barry Rhodes and Jim McMullan completed the top group on +1. 

Eleven golfers finished on 0 in ideal scoring conditions.

Next week (March 7) the Golden Oldies play another par round off the front nine, while our Old Hickory team of Ian Hanford, Bryan Ramsey, Barry Rhodes, Graham Galt, Phil Sellers and Grant Fergusson attempts to make it three wins on the trot at Takaka.
