Has anyone got a spare small tractor and trailer, ute or van they could loan us for the next few months which we can use on our golf course?
The recent devastating floods in Nelson wiped out our bridge access, leaving just a concrete ford across the Maitai River in which to get people and machinery back and forth.
With the clean-up of the course in full swing and likely to last weeks if not months, we need a regular, safe and reliable way of ferrying golfers and their gear onto and off the course when we re-open.
Any vehicles we use must have an clearance of about 1m to be effective and be easy to use and in good working order.
