Trevor Atkinson rolled back the years by winning the Golden Oldies match of the day on Thursday.
Playing a net round off the front nine, he went round in 32.
This was two better than the trio of John Dixon, Brian Clinton and Ivan Guy who finished joint second on 34.
They were followed by Michael Doyle (36) and the quartet of Bradley Brown, Paul McCrae, Gordon Combe and Barry Mitchell who came in with 37.
There were no twos and the hiiden hole was not struck.
Next week (Dec 8) is another net round off the front nine.
