Pete Green showed plenty of power and precision in reaching another senior club champs final with a dominant 6/5 win over Keri Kotua on Sunday (Oct 12).

Two up at the turn after being just one-over the card off the blue tees, Pete quickly killed off the match by winning No 10, 11, 12 and 13 with three pars and a bogey.

While Keri chipped well on the front nine to stay alive, he had no answer to Pete's accuracy from tee to green. Keri won just one hole - No 8 - when Pete had one of his just two bogeys. The other came on No 13 but it was good enough to win the match after Keri struck tree trouble.

With such an impressive display, Pete - the top qualifier - will go into the final against Andy Isle full of confidence. Andy had earlier upset James Campion on the 19th to book his spot.
