Our Old Hickory team continued their fine form with another win in the latest round played at Waahi Taakaro on Thursday, November 2.
They backed up a second and first in the last two rounds with a commanding performance on home soil, easing to eight-point win in excellent conditions.
Led by Tom Kennedy and Denis Blomquist who each scored 41 stableford points, our lads totalled 153 points to finish well in front of Takaka and Tasman who shared second on 145 points. Tom and Denis topped the individual scoring for the day.
The final round of the year is at Takaka on December 7.
