Simplicity Funerals Golden Oldies results for 18/9/25

Grant Fergusson returned to winning form in the latest round of the Worley Trophy.

Our new club president - who has struggled since returning from injury - rediscovered his touch on Thursday (Sept 18) to claim victory with a net 34 off the back nine.

The threesome of Barry Rhodes, Chris Louth and Noel Shaw shared second with 35 each on a course starting to show some early spring run.

They were followed by Jack Denton and Warren Green on 36. Next were Paul Tunnicliff and Roma Elkington on 37 apiece. Ian Hanford - who scored the only two of the day on No 14 - and Tom Kennedy completed the top ten on 38.

Next week (Sept 25) the Golden Oldies play an Irish stableford off the front nine.
