Simplicity Funerals Golden Oldies results for 27/11/25

Noel Shaw returned to form in winning the second round of the Langley Trophy on Thursday (Nov 27).

Now free of his Golden Oldies convenor duties, Noel went round the back 9 in +4 in the par format to head a good field.

Mark Sherlaw and Warren Green shared second with +2 each.

Next were Mick Leggett and Andrew Dean on 0. They were followed by a group of six - Chris Louth, Jim McMullan, Phil Sellers, Jack Denton, Maurice Woodhouse and Lloyd Moyle - on -1.

Maurice bagged the only two of the day, on No 11.

Next Thursday (Dec 4) the Golden Oldies play a net round off the back nine, while our Old Hickory team is in action at Greenacres in the final round of the year.
