Simplicity Funerals Golden Oldies results for 4/9/25

Paul McCrae proved too good for the rest of the Golden Oldies on Thursday (Sept 4).

A regular winner, Paul shot a neat net 35 for the back nine playing off an 11 handicap to head a small field reduced with the Old Hickory team in action at Totaradale.

Noel Shaw and Chris Louth shared second on 36.

Next were Jimmy Gargiulo (37), Lloyd Moyle (38) and Andrew Dean and Jack Denton on 39 apiece.

There were no twos.

Next Thursday (Sept 11) the Golden Oldies play the second round of the Laurie Ashby Cup, which is a stableford off the back nine.
