Third for Old Hickory team

Our Old Hickory team put in a decent effort to finish third at Totaradale on Thursday (Aug 5).

Led by a creditable 36 stableford points from Ian Hanford, we finished with a team total of 131 points. Ian received solid support from Warwick King (33) and Barry Rhodes (32), while Phil Sellers (30) completed the scoring. Richard Pearson (27) and Rob Shand (24) didn't have the best of days.

Totaradale took full advantage of their home advantage in winning with a score of 137, while Nelson bounced back from some poor results to finish second on 133. 

The next round is at Greenacres on September 2.
